Yesterday, I read an article written by one of the Reddit co-founder titled "Getting Things Done > Grade Point Average"
In the article, he mentioned a few things that he holds as a priority when hiring new people.
The phrase that caught my ear was "relentlessly resourceful" and how that is a critical skill among great entrepreneurs and employees.
To me, that is the ultimate skill.
Putting together a 3 piece puzzle, (when you have all of the pieces) is easy.
Putting together a 50 piece puzzle (when you only have 3 of the pieces) isn't.
Guess which one gets framed when its complete?
Find the other pieces. Be relentless.
