Last night, the sales and marketing teams met for dinner to discuss the upcoming few months. Project Hail Mary was the main topic.
To see the excitement in their eyes after hearing the next few steps is pretty amazing. They are able to understand that there is no time to be stagnant and GoNextWorld is now taking action to become something more than a universal rewards program. It has always been my intention to make a company more than a company, but last night, it was great to finally start showing how we will do just that.
Projects are set in place and we will all meet back up in 2 weeks.
As you may know, I am a big fan of traditions... and I believe we have just started a new one last night.
