LEOs love the fire...

Since August is here and the Summer begins to wind down, it's almost time to turn 1 year older.  I will be Twenty-eight years old on August 10th.  THAT is crazy to think about.  Therefore, its a good excuse to reflect on the years past.

No, I will not bore you with amazing birthday stories such as:

The night out with the entire hockey team...
or
the camping trip to Smoky Mountains...
or even
my first solo skydive jump...

But, I will mention a story of when I was 18.....

I remember on a particular birthday, being around a fire with a bunch of my friends creating something that will be mentioned for the years to come.  We were creating something great...and we didnt even know it.

Fast Forward 10 years.....

As my birthday approaches, I am fortunate enough to be around another fire...a different kind of fire, with a bunch of friends creating something that will be mentioned for years to come.
 
 But, this time...we know it

As a LEO, I hope to earn my spot around the fire...
