Eight Ten Eighty Four

Birthdays should be special.  Its the one day that you feel (or should feel) a little more easy going -  a smile comes a little easier.

Today, I started out the day at the DMV.  My license expires tomorrow so it needed to be done.  As you probably know, its awful anytime you go to the DMV.  So, I showed up to the drivers license center 90 minutes before the place actually opened,  grabbed a coffee, some reading material and sat down on the curb.

After an hour, people started to show up, so I had to stand up to secure my spot in line.  I realized I was sitting in an ANT farm and I was covered in Ants.  For the next 45 minutes, I was still pulling ants off.

Then, upon leaving the DMV, I was called by one of the services we use and would rely heavily on in September.  They informed us that they would be cancelling their service because we have not been in business for a minimum of 1 year.

In the end... The DMV is done.  The ants cleaned up.  And we were approved by a new and possibly better service within 2 hours of applying.  

After all that,
The DMV, didnt bother me
The ants, didnt bother me
 The cancelled service, didnt bother me (well, maybe a little)

Because today is the one day that life feels a little more easy going.

Fun Fact:  By complete coincidence, did you know that GoNextWorld was born on the same day as Steve Jobs' Birthday (2-24)?  Also, as a complete coincidence, Steve Jobs started a company called "NEXT" in the mid 80's?  We had no idea of this until recently.

Coincidence?  Maybe...maybe not.
