The opponent is everything and anything that tries to keep us from succeeding.
After watching the travesty known as the Pacquiao/Bradley fight (i had Pacman 10-2 btw), I'm reminded of a lesson I learned all those years watching Tyson - Never leave your future in the hands of someone else. To do this in both the boxing world AND starting a business world, one must have the ability for that "knockout" punch.
We no longer live in a world where simply outworking your opponents and any confronted resistance ensures success. There must be something more. Whether that may be the right connection, a large pool of money, or complete luck, there has to be something that ignites the business to a higher level.
Until recently, we did not have that knockout punch in our repertoire. But now, we do.
